Ms. Sandacz has been practicing family law since 2016. Prior to joining Hostetter Strent LLC, Ms. Sandacz practiced family law as the Deputy Legal Director for Child Justice, Inc, a non-profit legal organization located in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Ms. Sandacz earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology – with a minor in Political Science – from Miami University in 2010, and her Juris Doctorate from the Syracuse University College of Law in 2014. While in law school, Ms. Sandacz was the Editor-In-Chief for the Syracuse University Impunity Watch Law Journal. In addition, she served as a certified student attorney at the Syracuse University College of Law Disability Rights Clinic, where her practice included family law matters in relation to individuals with disabilities. Ms. Sandacz also served as a Co-Chair of the Syracuse University College of Law Pro Bono Advisory Board and as the Chair of the Syracuse University College of Law Mentor Program.
Ms. Sandacz has represented clients in complex custody disputes as well as child support, spousal support, and alimony proceedings. Ms. Sandacz understands the emotional and financial complexities of separation and divorce and seeks to find solutions that are in the best interest of her clients and their families. In particular, Ms. Sandacz brings to Hostetter Strent LLC the dedication and compassion she gained previously in working with families where children were being abused or neglected.
Ms. Sandacz is admitted to practice in Maryland, Massachusetts, and the District of Columbia. Ms. Sandacz is a member of the Bar Association of the District of Columbia, the Bar Association of Montgomery County, and the Maryland State Bar Association. Ms. Sandacz was selected to participate in the Bar Association of Montgomery County’s prestigious Leadership Development Academy for 2019-2020 and has been recognized as a Maryland and Washington, D.C. Super Lawyer (Rising Star).
