Our Team

Elisabeth Lee is the Administrative Manager at Hostetter Strent, LLC and has been with the firm since 2017. She has 10 years of experience as a Legal Assistant. Prior to her career in the legal field, she worked as a corporate human resources leader. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.

Elisabeth works remotely from Southern California, where she lives with her husband and kids.

Paige Ashurst is the Operations Manager at Hostetter Strent, LLC. She is originally from England, where she studied Childcare & Education at Cambridge Regional College. Since moving to the US in 2014, she has enjoyed working in Administration roles throughout different industries. At Hostetter Strent, she oversees the daily operations throughout the office.

Dwayne Bell joined the Hostetter Strent, LLC team in 2019 and serves as the Office File Manager.  He has been a Paralegal since 2005 when he was a member of the US Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps and has worked in Family Law since his retirement from active-duty service in 2015.  Dwayne is originally from Illinois but now resides in Virginia with his wife, Amy, and their four children.

Kassidy Ward is a Legal Assistant for Hostetter Strent, LLC. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2021 with a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Criminal Justice. She is applying for the Forensic and Legal Psychology M.A. program at Marymount University for the Fall of 2023. At Hostetter Strent, she assists in administrative duties such as scheduling, assisting the partners and attorneys, and assisting prospective clients, among other administrative duties.

Berit Depies is a Legal Administrative Assistant at Hostetter Strent, LLC. She graduated from American University in 2023 with a B.A. in Political Science and minors in Public Administration and Legal Studies. Berit is originally from Minnesota but now resides in Washington, D.C. She assists the partners and attorneys in administrative duties including scheduling, copyediting, and interfacing with clients.
