Alexandra M. Strollo
Ms. Strollo has known that she wanted to become a family law attorney since her first elementary school career day. She had big dreams of helping families through their most difficult times and being a sounding board for her clients. Ms. Strollo is a dedicated family law attorney who has represented clients through divorce, child custody, paternity, and child support matters.
Since beginning her legal career in 2019, she has guided families through their most challenging legal battles, serving as both a fierce advocate and trusted advisor during their most difficult times. In 2016, Ms. Strollo earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Comparative Literature and Bachelor of Journalism Degree in Advertising from the University of Georgia. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Mercer School of Law in 2019.
Ms. Strollo has extensive courtroom experience, including temporary hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations across all areas of family law. She works closely with clients through each stage of their case, ensuring they understand the legal process and feel supported in achieving the best possible outcome for their family.
Ms. Strollo earned her Juris Doctorate from Mercer School of Law in 2019, where she clerked for The Honorable Philip T. Raymond, III, in the Superior Court of Bibb County and gained early exposure to complex family law matters. She was also a board member of the Legal Aid Volunteer Association, member of the Association of Women Law Students, and spent her last semester completing an independent study workshop on child custody law and the best interest standard. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature and Bachelor of Journalism in Advertising from the University of Georgia (2016).
After practicing family law in Atlanta for four years, Ms. Strollo relocated to Washington D.C. and joined Hostetter Strent in 2023. She has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Georgia (2023, 2024) and in Maryland (2025, 2026). Ms. Strollo currently serves as co-chair for the Community Projects committee of the Women's Bar Association of the District of Columbia and continues to support her local community through fundraising events and outreach.
Ms. Strollo is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Georgia. Ms. Strollo continues to advocate for families throughout the DMV area, providing compassionate and effective representation in their most important legal matters.
